Poetry Reflection

Poetry hasn’t exactly had a big impact on my life. But, it did teach me some things like vocabulary and more words. I did like exploring and finding out new rhyme types. Also, whilst trying to rhyme I think I got better at it. Like finding out words and learning new ones. It does have a nice place in my life. I might do it as a hobby or try to make a poem for someone else, like a birthday poem. The big importance it has on me is testing. We learned poetry for testing reasons but some people did get into it. i feel like one of those people.

I think Poetry isn’t for everyone. If we’re being realistic. Sometimes people have hard times. Other times they can just practice and get better at poetry. Then, that would be a yes, if everyone tries hard enough they could do it. But, most people don’t care and don’t even want to take the effort of trying. Most people have their own hobbies and frankly don’t care. So, if we’re going to say that everyone’s going to want to take or learn about poetry that’s a yes. It mostly depends on if you really want to do it. Or, if you really have a passion for it. Plus, it’s be really great since you would learn new words as you read and create poems. So, I guess who ever wants to do poetry, so it. it’s a great hobby to practice word choice and poetic devices.

It can depend on the poet’s imagination. they could create a great story with weird mystical creatures. Then, they’ll greatly practice their imagination which will help them in the future. Also, it’s easier for them to make poems if they had a lot of inspiration from childhood memories. Like running around town or a country. But, that could be a bad thing as you head just wants to do that idea sometimes. Great experiences can help inspire people to make great poems. Also, while writing college or high school essays it’ll help if you use some poetic devices to “spice” up your paper.
